While my 79 year old father was hospitalized after being a pedestrian in a pedestrian/truck accident in Casper, Wyoming, I searched for an attorney. Another reputable law firm whose case load was too large to take ours, put us in touch with Brian Winegar. From the get go, Brian and his paralegal Casandra Green took the time to listen to our case. Brian should teach law, he really helped us understand complexities in a very simple way whenever we had questions. Casandra worked diligently communicating with the hospital over bills, etc. so that my father could focus on healing. I live across the country from my father so having a team working on our case really put us at ease. Everyone at Vickery and Shepherd proved to work collaboratively in order for us to have the best possible outcome from a painful and stressful accident. We cannot recommend the firm more.

Not only did Vickery & Shepherd take my case when they did not need to, but they were extremely patient with my constant calls and questions. I've been a client of the Vickery and Shepherd Law Firm at one time. My experiences with the office were all very positive. I've dealt directly with Mr. Fred Shepherd, my lawyer and Ms. Karin Shepherd, the legal secretary to my case. Fred Shepherd did an outstanding job with my case. Me, being a veteran and Mr. Shepherd a veteran himself like to help the veterans community with their legal matters. I had an immediate personal connection with both Fred and Karin which I think is very important to a successful work relationships. And I found this to be very heartwarming.
