I started working out with Matt because I wasn't seeing progress in the workouts I was doing on my own. Workouts with Matt are challenging, but inspiring. He encourages me to lift weights in a way that communicates that he believes in me; and every time, he's right. Matt combines strength training with a knowledge of how to make the workouts safe. I went from having back spasms and SI pain (due to lack of strength, balance, and previous injuries) to no issues.
