Client Testimonials

Client

(My case: Speeding ticket and revocation) I made the poor, naive decision in going with Attorney David Grace after witnessing the lack of knowledge and understanding he had with interpreting the law after day one of meeting with him. He himself did not even know that in the state of Wisconsin, an individual must have a valid driver license while serving an ignition interlock device in order for the time being served to be considered and valid. (How can you expect a typical citizen to understand or be aware of a given law if the professional themselves, who practices law, does not even understand it themself?) During my case with him as my attorney, I did not feel as if he was representing me. I felt he was simply a security who I hired to do little legal paper work here and there. Half the time I actually felt he was against me. In the business world, there's a saying, "Treat every customer like it's your only customer." This was definitely not the case with my experience. I understand an attorney has plenty of cases to keep them busy but I expect a representative to at least know what is going on with each case every step of the way. I felt I had to remind him each encounter on what happened last. He tried to guess what some of my charges were for. (You have access to my files. Look at them and explain to me exactly as what is stated. Quit guessing. I don't want to hear, "I think..." or "Possibly..") In conclusion, I received a letter from the county a couple months later that I did not pay my citations when I was told that they were dropped before leaving our last court date. Before leaving the court that day I even confirm if the $175 charge was all (court fees and all). He said with a surprise, "Yeah". I followed up with the outstanding balance and now Grace said, "Nope, there's nothing he can do about it. It's how the system is." I feel Attorney Grace is getting old and loosing his memory. Time to retire!! Thank you for reading. I hope I was of help.

Client

Omg!!! Where do I start?! David Grace! The most laziest, unresponsive, unmotivated, should already be retired, failing in the courtroom lawyer I've ever witnessed!!! The worst thing I did is call his office for council. We hired him, paid the retainer fee after meeting and explaining our situation and that is pretty much the last we heard from him unless we called! When you talk with him he is rude and talks down to you like he is superior. He had me come all the way down to his office from Marshfield and it accomplished nothing and had nothing to do with the case. I wasted over 2 hours with him. In court the judge Sided with the defendant. He did absolutely nothing!!!! He didn't try and argue, he had no new paperwork that we had provided from years back, nothing!!! He knew when we walked into the courtroom that he was not going to argue. Didn't matter. He had his money and that's all he is looking for! When walking out of the courtroom he tried to tell me there was nothing we could do. Well there was plenty that we provided that he never even presented! Pictures, paperwork! He is lazy and a bumbling FOOL!

Client

Completely forgot about our appointment! Showed up and was given the "what are we doing today"? Paperwork was not done correctly or at all in some instances! If i were you, I would find another attorney!!! And at $225 an hour a person expects a lot more then just maybe remembering my name when we see each other.

Client

Horrible place, these people are crooks! Good luck having anything done right here! Also, if they quote you 500, bring 1000! They always double their fee apparently.

Client

Met with Attorny David Grace. In our experience, his demeanor was not at all professional, to say the least. I would not recommend.
