I did not retain Attorney Nelson, but I called him for advice/referral. He answered my call at 8:30 in the morning and talked to me for 17 minutes about my situation. He did not believe that I had a case. He explained why in detail. But then he proceeded to encourage me about what I can do. How I can look differently at the situation, move forward, and protect myself better next time. I really appreciated him taking my call and trying to help me, even if it wasn't in the way I had hoped when I made that phone call. If I ever needed legal services, I would not hesitate to reach out to him again.
