My experience with the firm was great. The office staff was friendly and my attorney was very professional. I would recommend attorney Richard Check to anyone dealing with debt issues. There was a slight delay in filing my case but other than that it was great.

My experience with this office was ridiculous. They got my name and ss# wrong, failed to do something they told me would take a couple days. After a week and 2 phone calls, it was done, with my incorrect name and ss#. Still only a portion if what i needed was done. When i called they were rude and dismissive. I understand they arent paid to care or feel empathy but maybe fake it at least. Finally when i called to ask for a refund because i didn't feel like they were doing anything for us, i was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered so I hung up and called back at that time I was told I had to request a refund in writing and it might take 4 to 6 weeks and they were going to send me a bill for what they did. They did nothing. So I had to go to my bank and reverse the charges. Do not use this office if you need a professional attorney

Richard is a great attorney, and I overall had a great experience. The staff was great to work with, and I would highly recommend this law firm.
