Bryan Kroes was incredible, and we highly recommend him. He helped us with a personal issue when our previous landlord tried to wrongfully withhold money from our security deposit. We had no clue where to start with disputing the claims, but Bryan walked us through every step of the way. In less than a week of initially talking with Bryan, we got our full security deposit returned from the landlord. Bryan coached us in crafting a persuasive letter to our landlord to start the dispute. When that was not enough to motivate the landlord, Bryan called him personally, which ultimately persuaded him to return what was rightfully ours.
