I am grateful to Beth Taylor for serving as our personal representative in settling of my sister's estate. Beth handled all the details ... probate, tax filings, etc. Beth kept us informed at each step in the process and was responsive to our questions. Beth was patient and kind. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. We were told by our estate attorney to contact Attorney Harding who handles Real Estate issues when we jointly inherited a house and the other owner did not want to sell. At first Attorney Harding was friendly and scheduled a consultation with us. He guided us through steps we needed to take and we followed his recommendations exactly. At the end of the consultation we offered to pay and he said it was free but to contact him if we needed further assistance. When we did need further assistance we left three seperate voice mails stating we needed to retain him to move forward. We even spoke to the receptionist and asked her if she could tell us when we may expect a call back. She assured us that Attorney Harding always returned his phone calls. We attempted to be as patient as possible and we were ready to take the retainer fee of $5,000.00 to him, but he never did call us back. However Attorney Harding made us look foolish as the other party who inherited the house retained an attorney for themself and requested that we give him the name of the attorney we hired. We gave him Attorney Hardings name and address explaining that we had not paid the retainer as of yet. However the other party's Attorney phoned Attorney Harding. I was never called but did receive an email from Attorney Harding stating that he told the other Attorney that he was not representing us as we did not retain him. So much for a phone call and so much for acting like a professional as well as the receiptionist stating that Attorney Harding always returns his phone calls. We had to find another attorney at a different firm, and believe me it was a pleasure to hand the $5,200.00 over to the new attorney we hired.

Really appreciate Angela and the work this firm did. During the process I felt any costs were very reasonable and well explained. My options were well explained and the process resolved better and faster than I expected. Definitely recommend
