Based on my personal experience with her, I felt that she did not provide the level of attention and care I would expect from someone in her role. While I understand that your firm may not be directly responsible for her actions, it does raise concerns for me that you are associated with her practice. I would encourage you to review this association carefully, as I believe that maintaining a professional relationship with someone who may not be meeting the highest standards can reflect poorly on your firm, even if unintentionally.
