I had a solid case involving being sold a used lemon, and reached out expecting at least some guidance during the "consultation." Instead, I was met with zero effort or interest in helping. His attitude was dismissive -- basically told me to deal with it and let Russ Darrow walk over me. Complete waste of time. I would never recommend this person to anyone. Also,all of our communication was over email for two months, during which I was told to complete a DOT investigation to prove the car was defective before purchase. I did the work, got the proof, and then we had a scheduled call -- only for you to immediately tell me I probably couldn't afford your help and that it wasn't worth pursuing. Which is crazy, because you don't know my financial situation and if something is causing me an extreme amount of stress and people are clearly taking advantage of me, I should do all that I can to correct it. Anyways, the call lasted maybe two minutes. I told you that your answer was not one that I will accept and I will keep looking, you definitely remember me. After two months of back-and-forth, that was incredibly disappointing to hear. Especially since your website claims to help people in my exact situation -- yet when I came to you with a valid case, you said you couldn't and were rude. Luckily, I found and retained a consumer lawyer the same day, and things are moving forward and looking up for me. Thanks for the wasted time and "effort".

I never leave reviews but this is the LEAST I could do. Nathan and Ethan are lifesavers! I called Ethan and got an answer within seconds, he listened to my problem and set me up an appointment with Nathan right away.
