I Feel Really Sceptical About Doing Any Present Or Near Future Business With These People.. I Don't Need This In My Life Right Now, Especially When I've Already Had My Pre-Hearing and Got My Workers Comp Claim Into the Next and Formal Settlement Hearing.. It's Silly Why I Have These People Pressuring Me For Information Like I Haven't Done A Thing To Prove My Claim And Get My Claim Heard By A Workers Comp Judge... I Feel It's Bogus To Be Treated Like A Liar Or Hype Up When My Claim Is In It's Last And Final Phase... Their Loss...

About a year ago (March 2023), contacted him to help on a friend's foreclosure. It was very clear that I would be kept informed on the cost and services because I was funding the retainer. However, after handing him $5000 to gather the one-day work of clearing up the problem, his office refused to send me receipts and the remainder of the retainer. I estimate he still owes me $3000. They will not return my calls and when I do speak to someone, they indicate that they are new and will get back to me. I haven't heard back from them once. I would be very weary of giving this office a full retainer. Only give them the money for the work presently being done and a solid quote. Not a dollar more! Update: Finally received my $3000 back. It took 5 calls and 4 months to get it. In review of the receipts, they charged me $30 for two occasions that I called to request receipts and a refund on the unused retainer. For this, I'm keeping the one star. I don't believe a customer should be charged $30 to ask for a receipt and "change" from a transaction. another Update: Two weeks later, I contacted their office again about the two $30 charges. They agreed to refund them. I added an additional star from the refund.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Very unorganized. Ended up doing my own investigation. Case took years and still open. Could not explain where money went but opened up a speedway. If you want a public pretender this is your guy!!!!! WICase for Teresa Clark.
