Our family had a great experience with our attorney Breanne. Breanne and her paralegal Paula were such a wonderful team to work with. They were caring and quick to respond to questions and kept my mother and family informed. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this team and firm.

I thought that this firm did not do right about us injured hip clients. They just caved in on our cases and we were forced to either take the crappy settlement or we would just be dropped and have to get another law firm while still having to pay them their share if we won the case in the end. We would have never got a penny after paying both attorney fees. I would never get had like this again. I had 5 hip replacement surgeries due to all my damaged muscle and tissue. I also suffered through numerous muscle repairs, having my muscles sewed back onto my bone. I was basically paid for one hip replacement , not 5 like I should have received reimbursement for. Attorney Tim did his best for me but it certainly was not the best for my severe injury case. I will never be satisfied in what I received as it never will compensate for the years I suffered, being unable to even walk a few steps for over 7 yrs before I was granted to have the bad hips removed and the surgeon discovered that most of the right tissue looked like battery acid had eaten all my tissue which holds the hip in place. There was so much pain that I could have never been compensated by the feeble amount of money I received. They refused to represent me when they found out that I would have to go to court with me case. They could nit handle the fact that I was wronged as the injured party 5 X over what I actually received. Then , I had to pay back those 5 hip surgeries and muscle repairs which would have caused me to be in the negative. They did negotiate a deal but it was a terrible outcome for my case. I hope this is never done to anyone else that suffers like I did for all those years.., from 2008 until 2015(7 yrs of misery and pain) without any compensation. I wish you all the best but do not get involved with a Tort case with this firm. Make sure that they sign an agreement to represent you if you choose not to take a bad settlement offer!!! Get this in writing and beware of the small print in your agreement.
