He also offers payment plans - which is a lifesaver for many of us. I will be sending anyone needing to file to him. I highly recommend!

About a year ago we were under severe stress. Way too many credit card debts. My husband told me we had no choice but to file bankruptcy. I didn't want to do this. For me it was extremely embarrassing and I felt we were failures. Reluctantly we made an appointment to see Felix. What a wonderful man! He treated us not only with respect but patience. Explained everything to us in away that we could understand. Walked us through all the steps we need to take to complete the bankruptcy. Very professional, down to earth and humble. He reassured us when we needed it. His staff was awesome as well. I would recommend Felix's office to anyone! Our lives are so much better now. I only regret it took me a year to submit this review. I guess it came to me that it has been a year and my husband was just mentioning how much better everything is. Thank you Felix and staff!

Be careful when dealing with them. I had a friend that went there for Charter 7. Everyone was really nice and helpfully. The court proceedings and everything went off seamlessly but when it came to the payments what she was told was different from what the paperwork they had her sign. They charged an additional $335, which they stated was for the filing fee. They are a great law firm to assist with your needs but be careful that you read everything you sign and do NOT take their word for what they are doing.
