My spouse and I recently worked with Andrew Otto on designing and formalizing a comprehensive estate plan and trust. It was a complex matrix, but Andrew was phenomenal throughout the process. He listens carefully, asks excellent clarifying questions and meticulously documents each conversation; followed with excellent summary notes and next steps. His insights and knowledge were extremely helpful as well. Their fees were very fair, and the final invoice was right where his quote said it would be. The firm was timely, communicative and highly professional, and we now have absolute assurance that our estate plan is working 100% in accordance with our wishes. I would not recommend this law firm. I have had an open case with Schober Schober & Mitchell SC. I was working with Patrick Ruelle for two years. This was a very simple case that dragged on. In two years, they provided very little information most of which was useless and unsatisfactory information that did not resolve my situation. At most, I received thousands of dollars in bills and a closed court case. Patrick had a detailed game plan and never followed through or replied to my last email. I have not gotten a reply from Patrick in over 4 months and days have gone by without a reply from their senior partner. I realized my case was not a big money maker, but they accepted to work on it. After two years I can't say how disappointed I am with their services. After working with them I am back to where I started with thousands of dollars in unauthorized service. I really feel like I was taken advantage of!

Very poor follow up. Called looking for help with wills, estate planning and trusts on a Monday, It is now Friday. I was promised a return phone call by Tuesday. No one returns phone calls. Doesn't earn a lot of faith in their process.
