Mr. Wooley is a life saver! I couldn't attend court due to an onset of a severe cold, so I called Wooley Law in a last ditch effort to stay in compliance for the speeding ticket I received. I have to say, I was skeptical about calling. I battled in my mind do I want to spend additional amount of money? Is it worth it? and will it change anything? Or do I just pay the fine, call it a day, and take the points and mandatory suspension of driving privileges (12 days). I decided I'll called the man. I have to say Walter was very easy to talk to and understanding. He listened to my side of the story, and carefully explained possible outcomes while explaining those were possible, so expect anything. Now I figured paying the fine as much as it was was harsh, but having 6 points added to my record and 12 days suspension would further affect me. Insurance increase, not being able to drive for 12 days might affect my work, and of course the driving record that follows you. So I've decided to acquire services of Wooley Law to represent me. the case was over a month away, but to my amazement I did not have to appear in person. Two days after I called the attorney I get a phone call from Mr. Walter. My case was amended to a parking citation resulting in NO points, no traffic violation conviction, no suspension. Yes it did cost me a little bit more as of course I still had to pay a fine, a bit higher, which I was more than willing to accept in order to avoid possible outcome. but it was worth it.
