If I could I would give a ZERO! I feel that Mr. Miller was condescending towards me. He made me feel absolutely horrible at times, he came across as sarcastic and unprofessional in his demeanor toward me. He has unspoken opinions on someone's political choices by his facial expressions and his laughter. Someone's political stance has NO BEARING on the case. He told me from the beginning that the other parties insurance business coverages are $1 million or more. I have the letter he sent me. It's not a guarantee but hopefully we will see a large settlement. Well, you can tell that he did not care about me getting what I deserved. HE HAD THE CHANCE TO PROVE IN DOCUMENTATION FROM A CT SCAN THAT AN ISSUE WITH MY BACK HARDWARE "HAD NOT" CHANGED 4 MONTHS BEFORE MY ACCIDENT BUT HAD CHANGED RIGHT AFTER THE ACCIDENT. He told me if we tried to pursue with a jury trial it would take until late 2025. He wanted to be done with the case. I did NOT AND I REPEAT DID NOT get what I deserved. I wanted to SUE HIM for misrepresentation. He cared more about "joking" around with the defense attorney on the day of working towards a settlement. I was utterly and totally devastated by the outcome. I wanted to break out in laughter with what the outcome was. I DO NOT feel that he tried hard enough to prove that the issues that the defense team stated were true. He kept saying that we could go to a jury trial but it would be "hard to prove". Well, I am here to tell you I have the records at did the lawyers to show that what the defense stated in fact WAS FALSE!!! The attorney wanted to wash his hands of my case and be done with it. I was also not informed that I would have to have some medical that I PAID deducted from my "so called" settlement. Last thing-This should have been a red flag----- I HAD TO REMIND THE ATTORNEY TO FILE IN COURT. I WAITED 3 MONTHS TO SEE WHEN IT WAS GOING TO BE FILED. HIS REPLY "I FORGOT"! I SHOULD HAVE DROPPED HIM RIGHT THEN AND THERE. FIND YOURSELF A CARING ATTORNEY WHO WILL NOT LAUGH AT YOU, MAKE REFERENCES TO YOU ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU TALK AND DESCRIBE YOU AS A "SOUTH SIDER" THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDESCENDING! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE MR. MILLER!!!!! I am sure he will reply to this review was a bunch of excuses. Do not believe what he says! What I wrote was honest and the truth!!

Beware of Tom Ogorchock!! He was doing a dental malpractice case for me. For 4 years he told me everything was going good he had all the information. Said this things take time. Court finally comes up and he says everything is good I don't have to be there and he would contact me. No contact for over 2 weeks. I called and emailed and nothing. Then I find out on CCAP he dismissed my case. He didn't say anything to me or had my consent and I had no knowledge of anything bad. He then says he won't answer any of my questions and will not respond to me anymore and is sending my records to my house and to keep them because he is not keeping anything. What kind of lawyer does that. We had a legal binding agreement. So wrong in so many ways. Do not go here.
