This was my first time needing an attorney and Jon was awesome with my case and helpful with all of my questions throughout the process. Mike was my lawyer for a homicide case.He worked with my family and negotiated cost down and was able to take my case. Months in, my family started to have financial issues to the point to where my lawyer didn't have enough funds to take the case to trial. I believe Mike really liked me though, as bad as he could've withdrew from the case, he didn't, because I believe he seen something in me. He then worked something out with the state to become my public defender, to which he told me he does not do normally and he didn't want to leave me hanging. Mike continued to be my lawyer, showed up at every court date with different arguments and motions. Until he was able to secure a deal, which is aiding felon. I did 10 months in county, but once that deal was secured, I got a signature bond and was released the next day up until sentencing. Well I was sentenced today and I ended up having to do no jail time, just 2 years probation. If you ask me, going from facing life to getting 2 years probation, I'd say Mike did a damn good job and i would recommend him to anyone!
