You would think that a law firm with the presence and advertising reach that they have might not be able to provide a personalized approach, but that is exactly what they did for our family. It was personalized from beginning to end. Mitch was our personal, trusted lawyer. We have never been in this type of situation and questions were constantly circulating. He not only continued to reassure us, but he gave us comfort in knowing that he was going to stop at nothing to make sure that we were heard, and his team would examine all options. The team was very good at keeping the case about the facts and exploring all avenues to give our family the outcome that we deserved. Our children have continued to ask if they can visit the "tall man and the nice man" who helped mommy. The fact that our family was made to feel so welcome was even more impressive. The front office staff is fun, bright and approachable. We even left with some swag! On the last day we visited, David made sure to come have a conversation with us and even continue to chat on the way down to our cars. Just an all-around warm and supportive experience.
