So far I am impressed by their professionalism. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, after hour at that, and they returned my call within 10 minutes. So far this is as far as I have interacted but I see no reason they aren't professional. Just because you didn't receive the "results" you wanted doesn't give you the right to bash these professionals. So far they have been polite and responded in a timely manner

Jerome Hierseman and his team were very professional and knowledgeable while handling the case. Jerry helped navigate through a complicated process with his patience, understanding, and expertise. His services would be highly recommend for representation.

Awful experience! Michael End and staff has caused just as much pain as the traumatic event in which we sought their help. Do not use this law firm! Michael End is negative and unmotivated with no remorse in how he treated me and my family. This entire law firm should be ashamed! If need more information, feel free to message me. Don't make the same mistake I did. I didn't have a good feeling about Michael End from the start and I should have listened to my intuition.

Mr Hierseman strung me along for over year and never filed a case for me . He said he would talk to my doctors but never did . He was always negative whenever we talked . During that year of talking to him I had 3 more surgeries trying to help the problems caused by the first hip surgery. I have permanent damage and will never walk with out a walker. I would never recommend him to anyone due to his procrastination of my case that he never filed . He never said he wouldn't take my case . He said he would talk to my doctors but was busy. Today I asked him to return all the medical paperwork that he requested because it is quite obvious he is not going to handle my case. Very negative lawyer.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME trying to contact this place, they don't reply to emails or written letters. Someone did answer the phone, with promises that someone would get back to me and nobody ever did. I had 2 attorneys recommend them. Sadly I wasted what little time I had waiting on a reply from them because of those recommendations. Don't make the same mistake I did!!
