I cannot recommend Scott McCarthy highly enough! As an Illinois driver dealing with a case in Wisconsin, I was completely overwhelmed--especially after receiving bad advice from a previous attorney that left me with a plea deal that could have seriously impacted my job. I reached out to multiple attorneys for help, and one after another (including my original representation) told me it was too late and nothing could be done. Not Scott! I used to have a five star for this law office and Scott still deserves that. Unfortunately I hired Maggie the second time and there was zero communication I was the one who had to reach out and even when I did there still was not anything done. Not one court date happened. She wrote up a paper that took 5 mins the first time I was in the office. That was the only time we met. When I asked for a refund it cost me almost 900 for that. So I asked why and never got a response. So I'm very upset. I thought I had a law office that I could trust and always go to. I was wrong.
