Had to call after waiting 6 weeks for our (frankly boring) family trust, as we have nothing complex. They said we could come in tomorrow at 4. We showed up and we're told, in the most snotty way possible, that we didn't have an appointment, we were there for a signing only. Turns out we did have an appointment, they just forget to put it on the schedule. They put us in a conference room while we were finally attended by someone that had no clue what the documents were. Some were obvious, so we signed those. Then we waited on a lawyer that came in all annoyed that we didn't understand some of the agreements. However, she did give us good answers and we got the job done. I am posting a photo of the light switch in the conference room because it really summaries the entire experience. "It works, but it could have been presented in a much better way." In summary, they did the job after calling on the status, then painfully delivered the trust for the same price as most competition. Would I choose them again? No. But if they were the only game in town, the work would eventually get done and it would be "fine." It truly was a step down, just like it says on the door. **UPDATE** After reading their reply, it should be noted that THEY called me to set the appointment. The fact they have no trace of it just proves my point.
