Wish I could put negative stars, when calling an attorney they should give hope for there client. He did not have any of my information up even after scheduling a time. He was discombobulated not making sense with what he was saying and basically automatically saying I was wrong and guilty without actually saying it. I don't know how he gets clients but this is just embarrassing as a law firm and doesn't deserve to have any clients. Unprofessional and should retire.

After almost 2 years of going back and forth with Mr Nagel and his secretary, we finally had a completed description of what we wanted to turn in to the court. Instead Mr Nagel sent in what was a rough draft that we had worked on 1 year prior. It was not what I wanted sent to the court. When I asked him about it he tried to put the blame on me. Why would I want the old draft instead of the new draft? In my opinion I could not trust him so I told him I did not need his services any more. In my and my wifes opinion both he and his secretary were very rude and not easy to talk to.
