Worst ever---they don't respond in anyway except to withdraw your money. One person denied I called him multiple times although I did have it on my phone. Continued to withdraw from account even after i emailed and said I was done with them. When I finally spoke with other people in the company to explain my problem, THEN I got a response but was told they were keeping my money for everything they did already----which was NOTHING No calls for me or to me, no responses to my calls, text and emails. I have never been one to take reviews seriously. I prefer to give a company a chance. Big Mistake BIG. I should have read these reviews before I made this poor choice to retain them. I have to laugh how they have answer to everyone and make it seem like they did nothing wrong. Look forward people. Move on this company really will rip you off. I would give them a minus star , but the woman who finally helped me get this company to stop taking my money actually gave me very good tips and helped.

After a few separate phone calls, we were finally able to get in contact with Attorney Angel. She seemed very knowledgeable and we liked what she had to say so we were ready to put a retainer down. When we called to do so, we asked The attorneys analyst a few simple questions on what would be the next steps and how to set up an appointment to get the ball rolling. She could barely answer any of our questions and she sounded incompetent and illiterate. After going back-and-forth with a rock for a bit, she then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't set up an appointment directly with the attorney. We would have to talk to the attorneys analyst and then the attorneys assistant before getting an appointment with Michelle. Seemed super unorganized and slow, just not like a law firm that we wanted to work with. Definitely would not recommend because there are other better law firms in the Madison area.

At the beginning everyone made you feel so welcome and safe and it was so easy. I found myself a bit lost in the middle but always advocate for yourself Miller and Miller are listening . Tim Pierce came to my aid he was very upset by my confusion and upon talking with me he helped me with everything I was missing from the begging . He didn't just listen he offered solutions and explanations of everything I had been worried about. I would definitely recommend Miller and Miller and if you get in a tight spot where things are confusing don't worry advocate for yourself but call Timfirst he will advocate for you. put you at ease and get you exactly where you need to be. My choice and recommendation will be Miller and Miller and Tim Pierce to advocate. Tina Kleinheinz

Do not hire this law firm! They will never return your phone calls and it's extremely frustrating just trying to figure out who your attorney really is. Even other attorneys who hears Miller & Miller will sigh and say "they're horrible."

Stacey Martinez is who we have been working with at the Miller & Miller Law office and she is always so great to work with. Through our current bankruptcy we were able to purchase a new vehicle with her help and it made the process very easy. She also helped us above and beyond during our time of economic crisis when many were without jobs during the pandemic and helped us find relief. If you are looking for an attorneys office to help you with your financial needs and that would truly look into your best interest, this is the one.
