My opinion is this is a very shady lawyer, Jay, tried to push through an illegal eviction for a party that moved out two years prior. Jay's client acknowledged in writing that the tenant was removed from the lease, but they still filed fraudulent eviction papers stating the party was still on the lease. Another review online suggests a just a history of fraudulent evictions please report any illegal / fraudulent activity regarding this firm to officer Johnson at Madison West Police department.

Immoral, unethical and intentionally deceptive are a few good words to describe Jay Koritzinsky. He filed for eviction and knew that our name was deliberately misspelled. He repeatedly asked us to vacate immediately, and when we refused, he ultimately asked for a dismissal of his own case which he frivolously brought against us. He has lied to public officials in the DATCP and OLR, and it's in writing, so there is no ambiguity. To hide his actions, he asked if he could seal/expunge our case, FOR FREE! We declined, as we want the public to be aware of his devious actions. There will be a full publication of these events once our complaints are closed.

My wife and I hired this company for mediation of our divorce. I get a bill tonight only billed to me and not to her. As the bill reads the charges for mediation services for both of us. But I was the only one charged. This is the second time a billing like this happened from this company. My wife came to this company first and I feel like they are biased. As you can see by her review she tried contradicting my opion with this review. She had to post one because of the special treatment she got from the company. I would recommend staying far away from this shady law firm. Also I confirmed with Nanette our mediator the final divorce date...took off of work for this. She was wrong about this and proceeded to blame me for her mistake. I am paying her and she blames me for her mistake. I would never recommend this company. When you want things to be easy at a difficult time like a divorce they make things more complicated than needed! Would be nice for a company like this to be neutral down the line instead of playing favorites!

Attorney Koritzinsky was patient and provided clear communication with an issue involving a tenant after the owner (my parent) became physically and mentally unable to handle the issue alone. The case took months and involved numerous conversations with my sibling and I. The rates were very reasonable and the attorney was not afraid to carry the issue into a courtroom but gratefully, everything with the tenant was adjudicated prior to the court date, with a mutual agreement. Would highly recommend to a friend!

I had my divorce mediated through Nanette and honestly she needs to charge more. My divorce was supposed to be amicable but quickly turned hostile after a while. It unfortunately got to the point where I had to block my ex-husband on everything and change my phone number. The only communication he could do was through Nanette. To say she has the patience of a Saint is an understatement. Even though things escalated she managed to keep things on track and as professional as possible. She was responsive with all my questions and understanding. I would highly recommend her.
