The receptionist is very rude and wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise while speaking as if she was a lawyer! In attempting to explain my situation she repeatedly in a very snotty way kept saying we can't represent you! Then decided to say well I'll take your information in a way that seemed my information would never reach an actual attorney so I just hung up. There are several words I could use to describe her but being that I never got through to an attorney and this reflects the office as a whole I'll leave it at I hope they remind her what her position is and get her some customer service training.

Everyone there was responsive whenever I had a question about the accident I was involved in. No other lawyer I called before contacting them would take my case because I had already been in car accidents and suffered physical trauma. They knew about the egg shell skull rule and took my case against the person who injured me. It took a few years to settle, but they did the best for my case.
