I am so happy to write this review for Attorney Vaughan and her legal assistant Kelly, they are amazing at their job and incredibly kind and compassionate people. I had slipped and fallen on an oil slick in a parking garage where I worked. The garage maintenance had not cleaned up after themselves after they removed snow equipment. I fell so hard that I tore my rotator cuff and bicep tendon and needed to have surgery. I did not have the means to take on the financial burden of having that kind of surgery and the after care. I had bills and the collectors were calling and the insurance company from the garage was offering an insulting amount. It was so incredibly stressful. I decided to call Boller and Vaughan to see if they could help me out. It was the best decision I could have made. Michelle was thorough with her investigative work and her assistant Kelly was so helpful throughout the entire process. They handled all kinds of paperwork for me that I would never have been able to weed through. They were understanding and listened to me and factored in my wishes throughout. Michelle was tough with her negotiations with the insurance company and even went back and negotiated more to get every dollar that was owed to me. I had very favorable outcome and I am so grateful that I had the team of Michelle and Kelly on my side. I was attacked by a persons dog while riding on a public bike path. Nine hours later I woke up in an emergency room. I erroneously believed the insurance company would cover the medical bills. I don't think this law firm is really for negligent in nursing home I talked with someone and they told me they couldn't help and to call somebody else so if you're looking for a lawyer upon negligence in the nursing homes with these guys you're out of luck here unless they pick and choose who to help because its listed on here for neglect?
