After receiving a referral to this law firm, I have tried for 3 full weeks to get in contact with someone who can help me. I tried the website contact form on September 30th. I followed up with a phone call on October 2nd and was told that someone would call me back. I did not receive a call thus I followed up with another call on October 8th and was again told that someone would call me back. I then reached out via email on October 14th. As the story continues, I still have not received any response. As a business owner myself, I can understand that people get people get busy but after no response for 3 full weeks...it is a hard pill to swallow.
