Terry Rose, you need to retire! Acts tough and says what you need to hear to hire him but then is a sheep in the courtroom. Talk about absolutely lazy does not take any steps and extremely poor communication with his clients every step of the way. He'll always recommend you not taking any sort of action or steps in your favor when it comes to him doing extra work to help your case, so much so that when it comes time for court, blames his client to the judge for not being prepared when nothing was communicated to begin with. Complete waste of time and money! Way past this prime, just trying to collect extra paychecks for no good reason. For real dude, just retire for the sake of anybody else going through a divorce in this town and give them a fighting chance!

Terry was a wonderful lawyer during the divorce, all his staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Maybe in the height of his career mr rose was awesome at what he does.. up to date he is not so great as he's currently my attorney. He's not informative and mainly trying to get it over with instead of my best interests. I understand he was court appointed and maybe that makes a difference. I just feel like more could be done and said on my behalf. He has definitely not been for my best interests. As I've had better conversation with the judge regarding my situation than my attorney. It's almost over and I'll be glad. I'm grateful for the representation,I'm not satisfied with it. Don't recommend Update my charge doesn't reflect your ability to defend. You're not 100% and that's a fact. The fact the case has been going on for so long has nothing to do with me more so the courts availability as my case was rescheduled several times with nothing to do with myself. I stand firm by my opinion that you may have seen better days,up to date not so much
