Filed bankruptcy with Gary 7 years ago. During that process I had to complete a course on budget management and provide him paperwork to submit to the court. He forgot to do that and my bankruptcy got dismissed. I didn't even know that until my collectors started calling me again. After a second attempt he finally did his job. Well almost... fast forward to current day. Two collectors that I included in my bankruptcy still want money and hold leins on a house me and my ex use to live in. She's selling the house now and that's how I found out the leins are still there. I've called Gary and spoke to him about this. He said he'll file the necessary paperwork to remove said leins. 2 months later he hasn't filed anything nor is he returning my phone calls now. Real professional. If this doesn't prompt a response from Gary which I'm sure it won't... then maybe I need to stop there in person unannounced. Update, 4 weeks after this post and about 20 ignored phone calls after from me and realtors he's finally going to complete his job from 7 years ago and get the leins released. But not without charging another $200. I already paid him when I used him as my bankruptcy lawyer. And now I have to pay him again to finish his job. This guy is a joke, constantly moving offices, takes people's money who are already struggling then doesn't do his job.
