They are "handling" my sister's probate. They do not return calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional. I strongly question their ethics on probate cases. ADVISE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE!

I had a consultation with them and we only got it after leaving a bad review because they wouldn't answer our calls to set one up. After the review they finally called us back. Now I'm getting no answers again when I try to call.

One Law Group has very underhanded business practices. Avoid at all costs. Go ANYWHERE else. My family is dealing with Dan Walsh on my father's probate case. My father's simple probate case has been ongoing for over a year due to their incompetence and inability to follow through or communicate. My mother was working with them until her passing and now we are stuck continuing the case with them. We have spent thousands of dollars for them to continually file extension after extension due to their inaction. They have done nothing else to advance this case over the past year. In fact, they don't even actually remember to file the extension without being reminded by us that it needs to be done. There is no accountantability or communication from Dan or his paralegal Barbara, even when we call repeatedly. He is dishonest and ignores conversations, emails, etc (but he certainly doesn't forget to bill for them). He pretends that emails and conversations didn't occur or lies about what was discussed, even when there is written proof. He sent paperwork out to an accountant in November (after sitting on it for a month after it was provided to him in Octiber) and refuses to follow through on ensuring the work the accountant was hired to do gets completed. We are quite literally ignored when we reasonably ask for updates. Dan has had the documents they asked for for 5 months. Any competent lawyer or accountant would have been done months ago. I am not even sure what recourse we have, but Dan needs to be held accountable for what is either unethical behavior or incompetence. The level of gaslighting from him is truly unbelievable. He is an extremely unethical and dishonest person and I would not advise anyone to do business with him.

Horrible attorney in my opinion. I'd givie 0 stars but Google won't allow. Had John P DAngelo represent me. He quoted a retainer. Used up the retainer in months and was not forth coming about the aditional charges as he played cat and mouse with the DA of Brown County for almost 2 years. In and out of court apparently charging me all the while with court being adjourned, rescheduled, etc. Multiple court dates with nothing being done. Multiple charges at the end of the day not included in the retainer. Now instead of talking to me about the alleged bill John P DAngelo won't return emails or phone calls directs me to his staff. Threatens collections over his misadvisement and over charging above and beyond the retainer we had as he purposley let the case be in and out of court to bill hours instead of look after the best interests of his client.

Working with Dan and Barb has been nothing short of amazing. They have been guiding us as we work with two different estates. They are always willing to help and explain what our next steps are. Not sure we could have worked through all of this without them! Thank you!!
