I called for a consultation, and though they won't be able to help me with my case, I will not forget the great conversation I had with Angela. She truly took the time to listen to the details and was able to give me advise on how to move forward. Almost 2 years ago me and my mother were in a car accident. A lady failed to yeild and hit us on the driver side so hard that she dragged our red explorer all the way down that whole side that it actually shifted the passenger seat that I was in and I felt the pain in my back right away. I got a lawyer to take care of it and his name is Braxton, he took my case and him and his team members Ian Ziperski Dandara Phillips and Nicole Morrison were there for me through all of it. Braxton was the best lawyer I have ever seen, he would text me or call me just to check on me because he knew I was in so much pain. It took the insurance almost 2 years to finally settle with him and they done everything they could to low ball me and tried not to have to pay hardly anything at all but my lawyer Braxton stood up for me and took care of me no matter how frustrated I was getting at the insurance company. I have had to have ablations done on my lower back that havent helped at all since all this happened. I have been in bed more than out of it since all this has happened to me. Please make sure what insurance company you are using because I have found out that there are a CPL of them that could care less how much you hurt. Me and my husband have been with the same insurance for years and never had to make a claim on anything like this and plus I dont even drive due to my eye sight but they make us pay for insurance on me too even though they have been told I dont drive. I would like to say that Nicolet law is the best ones to ever use and make sure you let them know you want Braxton, he is the most caring person and there were even times he would text me on a weekend to see how I was doing, he is really there for you and he goes way out of his way to help you and be there for you. His whole team were wonderful to me and he had to continue to stay on the Drs offices just to get all my records. He is the best and I feel blessed that God put him in our lives because most lawyers only care what they get out of it and that was not the way Braxton was at all, he actually cared about me and my health and that is what mattered to him. PLEASE believe me when I say if you ever need a lawyer call him and if you want someone who actually listens to you call Braxton because he listened to me all the time.
