Ultimately I did not end up retaining services from Howe Law due to Mark being honest about it not being the best direction. He spent a fair amount of time walking me through what the best path and process would be moving forward which was immensely helpful. He also did this at absolutely no charge. I can only imagine being this helpful with someone he wasn't going to represent is probably a testament to how he views and treats his actual clients. Thank you very much Mark!

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful during my time with him. There was a timeline I wanted things done by and he was able to pull it off. He also seems to be very familiar with everyone involved in the court process and I feel like I struck an amazing deal having him represent me. Hello Mark! I'd like to say a few things about my experience with Mr. Howe over 2 decades. I've retained his council he has been an adviser for me on numerous occasions, I've recommended him to friends & family many times over, mind you with the up most confidence & interest of my people in mind every time. I recently found myself in some legal trouble, a spot no one wants to be in. I recieved over a dozen solicitations from firms eager to take my money. I had no experience using a lawyer and had no idea how to choose one. So I looked at reviews. Mark had a high rating, and people spoke well of him. I called and talked to several firms to learn about how they worked, what their rates were, and how payments would be structured. I found Mark to be very reasonable financially, and liked how he structured his billing systems. But what sold me was my initial conversation with Mark. He seemed genuinely concerned for me and my situation, and gave me more information and advice ( for free, by the way) during that initial conversation than any other firm. Mark knows the law well. It is difficult to explain just how much he did for me without disclosing too much about my case, but I lost track of how many things I was unaware of, that he not only brought to my attention, but took care of for my benefit. He got some charges dropped, some reduced, he contested things from my past and got them removed from my record. He made me aware of everything I needed to do, told me how to do it, and and made sure it was done. He contacted agencies on my behalf, drafted letters and knew the right people to call when my attempts went unheeded. Ultimately, I feel like Mark genuinely cared about me, and what happened to me. And I get the feeling he does the same for all of his clients. He is a good man, and I will actually miss meeting with him, we got along very well. While I hope I never require Marks services again, if I ever find myself in trouble, he IS my lawyer.
