We have dealt with the interim Police Chief Rolling at length this summer as well as Officer Hoffman on various commercial issues. Both were well versed and professional. They should remove the interim label from the new Police Chief he has earned it - pro-business within the confines of the law. Stay safe out there blue!

I lost my phone and wallet on Oneida after a Packer game- I called and they sent an officer to the location on "find my iphone", found it, and then mailed them to me in Milwaukee!! They were SO kind and efficient with everything. I owe them a lot!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. The officers in this law enforcement agency have horrible customer service skills. Similarly to a previous review from 3 months ago, they refused to assist in filing a police report against a woman for not following a 50/50 court ordered placement/custody arrangement. For being as young as he is, Officer Justin Hoffman lacks enthusiasm, professionalism, and compassion. I'm unnerved imagining him as a seasoned officer. He straight out dismissed a father attempting to follow the proper legal channels in order to exercise his shared right to see his child. In fact, even when shown the most recent court order in effect, this officer had the nerve to tell the father to do supervised visits with the mother. He smirked at him and essentially said he would not be assisting him in any capacity. Gas station attendants would be more helpful than the officers at this agency. I say this with a background in criminal justice, specifically the department of corrections.

Absolute joke of a law enforcement agency. They are gender biased believing and not investigating any lies told to them by my ex wife. Not only did they not investigate and verify the false allegations they absolutely refuse to enforce a placement order where the ex wife is withholding the child for court ordered placement two weekends in a row. Instead of taking me seriously, reviewing any evidence or orders I have, and simply doing their job I as a male in this society have been lied to by them about reasons they refuse to enforce court ordered placement with a child, they accused me of lying which is recorded, they belittle me as a father and person, they hang up on me instead of treating me with respect and doing their job, and they are gender biased for a woman who made made false allegations, is withholding my child for no reason, and they refuse to uphold the law or answer legitimate questions about EI Statute. LT Hennessy #708 LT Lindbo #716 and Officer Deutsch #761 not only do these officers need to work on their people skills but they need to be retrained in how to deal with the public and do their jobs effectively. All extremely biased against the male population and would seem Fathers in general!!

Officer C Sands pulled me over today which normally would have been terrifying and gave me a panic attack. He was very kind and patient with me, while I tried to find the documentation he needed. 10/10 would recommend getting pulled over by him because he's not mean.
