I was dealing with Julie Fink Foronsee on my Step-mom estate and the whole time there was nothing but problems. They sure did not get their act together. Wrong names, mis-spelling of names sending letters out and assume the mail will get to them especially when they had the tracking number. The smart way is to send an email to the person with the tracking number. There was no communication. It was a joke. Do not go there for any business. They must be the cheapest in town because I have never seen so many mistakes in my 60 Plus years. They are the worst law firm I have experence in my life. I tried to improve my relationship but they did not want call me back, 4 separate occasion. I can go on but I have proven my case. They need to look at this carefully for their internal improvements. Customer care from the person at the desk on to the lawyer back to the customer should be improved. By the way, I am dealing with another older firm in Greenbay and they are a perfect 5 star customer care Law firm so far. Now in 2025 and over 2 years to respond just shows you they are lackadaisical attitude, just terrible service and I have proven this case. People go elsewhere, dont spend a dime in this firm
