Not responsive takes weeks to reply does not do anything that is asked of her. Amy Matuzsak basically took the liberty to make all the calls in a custody dispute case and lost terribly til we asked her to withdraw. Have all the emails that were sent and never received a reply from her. But she sure sends her invoices on time each week. She did absolutely nothing. Feel free to message me for proof of everything she didn't do and still expects to get paid. Run the other way if you're a guy fighting for his child with all the proof in the world against the other parent. Basically did all the investigative work for her and she failed terribly.
Attorney Ellen Matyas has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She genuinely cares about her clients, and works hard on their behalf. She never hesitates to give advice when needed, and she follows through with everything. She is very thorough, diligent, compassionate, and understanding. I called for help and the receptionist was rude, unhelpful, wouldn't let me talk with an attorney to ask if they could help me with an important case, wouldn't even let me ask the attorney if they could refer me to someone else that could help me if they couldn't.
