So be ready to be ignored for a year. Then a year or so after your accident you will get an email. Telling you to send medical records and you will fill out a form. Then they email your insurance then they take 1/3 of the insurance payout and your medical insurance takes a 1/3 then you get charged fees then you get the scraps of the insurance minimum payout. So for me 100k was the insurance coverage and I got 31k when everyone else takes their cut. Totally a rip off I should have just dealt directly with State Farm. They are just parasites off of your misery.
