Reporting this office to ARDC of Illinois and OLR in Wisconsin due to paying a retainer of $1500. For a simply quit claims deed 1 invoice of $250.10 is all I received and then I called they told me, that all of my retainer was used. I ask for an accounting of the money they send me a spread sheet of the cost. Something isn't right in their billing department. I have looked into what it should have cost for a quit claim and it should run about 250/500 I would not hire this law firm ever

I contacted this office in regards to a wrongful termination suit. Even though the site says consultations are free I was informed that it would be $198 for a 30 minute phone call. I told the girl that is not clear on the website at all and she said "Oh yeah we're aware it's not". My son just got fired from a job that didn't even pay him minimum wage and was subsidized through the state. I don't know where they think he has $198. If they are aware it's not clear they should fix it, it feels deceptive and I would stay away from them.

He told me what I had found on the internet. He was not prepared even though I had completed my information in a timely manner.
