I just spoke with Attorney Robert Domol beyond the maximum 60 day waiting period to hear from the other insurance company. He had requested additional records during this period and regretted to keep me apprised. When I spoke with him, after an email, 5 days of waiting and then a phone call, I finally was able to speak with him for the the first time since the start of my case in November 2017. Our first and only conversation consisted of him telling that I was being snarky when I started asking questions about my case. He is my attorney and if I have questions, he is duty bound to answer them, not talk down to me and not interrupt me. I recommend going to an attorney's office that will treat you compassion and respect after a relatively severe car accident with life long impact to quality of life including surgery and multiple injections. Do not waste your time.
