Although I'm aware of work behind the scenes in these cases, it sure seemed that Attorney Pitsch got his money and ran. Communication was very difficult when I had questions, poor unprofessional email responses, received several documents after acquiring Pitsch Law Offices that should have been received up front before even signing an agreement. Took over 4 weeks for him to File my Stipulation, Claimed the Prosecuting agency must not have filed it. However after "resending" it to them, within two days the case was finalized and closed. I would recommend doing your research before acquiring.

I had a bad experience with Eric Pitsch. The communication skills of his, and his paralegal are atrocious. It takes me several tries of contacting them EVERY single time I need something. Then he apparently isn't a great listener, and because of that, I decided to obtain his council based on what he told me. Then later in the process he basically yelled at me on the phone telling me that I told him a different story the first time. FALSE! Now 6 months after the fact, I'm still trying to get all my video files from him(that should have been reviewed prior to court) He claims the court never gave them to him. But when I talk to the county clerk I'm told everything was available. So yeah, I feel like I got the worst attorney out there to handle my case. Edit... Great response from Eric . Tell me you did nothing, without telling me you did nothing! Still waiting for my $30 zip drive to be mailed back to me with the video footage!

Worst lawyer, don't hire this guy, I hired him and never saw him once! And when we did schedule a phone conference he basically said I cant do anything. Then kept changing court dates without even telling me! But its my responsibility to check ccap lmao, dude, I paid 8500 dollars, least this man can do is give me a heads up when things change! Changed it to sentencing, never called me and gave me plea deals or anything. I would highly advise not hiring this man. His office isn't even a professional office either smh red flag, claims he made the blueprint for drunk driving lol well if he did then go with other lawyers that have that blueprint 100 percent! This is not the lawyer for you!

Best Attorney in town, easily. Always had the answer and I could get a hold of him any time. His new secretary was great!
