Don't waste your money or time with Kim Rietbrock!!! So many typos and mistakes, including misspelling names. Also very unprofessional at communicating.

I was billed 350 for wasting my time for an initial consultation. There was no discussion about a charge for this initial consult when I made the appointment. I also waited over 2 months for any follow up and ultimately had to go to another firm to get answers so I could be confident accepting a job with a new employer before they pulled the offer. I understand my issues and business may not have been as big as some of your other clients but scheduling follow up for any legal advice should not take over 2 months. To charge for a service that was not really received is just not right. I would not recommend this firm.

Most UNETHICAL attorneys in the state. I hired Menn ( don't remember the attorney's name) to fight a fraudulent claim against myself and my business. After missing three court hearings and without notification of any of those hearings, the courts placed a judgement by default. After the fact, I found out her husband was on the same bowling league or team as the opposition attorney and the judge! Conflict of interest much? Now, the person who wrongfully sued me, Timothy Prouse, is divorced and owes the IRS big money for fraud and Attorney Craig Mares is no longer in business . I guess Karma caught up to 2 of the 4 parties.... hopefully the judge and Menn have their day also!
