My treatment at First Settlement has been exceptional. Every staff person I've interacted with has been professional, personable, and knowledgeable, and has contributed to the care I need to improve neck and back pain I've had for years. Physical therapy works (don't be afraid of dry needling!), and I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again. Many thanks to Cassidy, Carla, and Jamie for making PT successful (and even fun!)!
The office is very clean. They are very professional. Jaime is a great help when you need to change appointments. Carla is an excellent physical therapist. She is very good at what she does and listens to what is hurting and what needs strengthening when I talk to her all in all it's a very good place to go for therapy. I highly recommend it.

cannot say enough amazing things about Carla and Cassidy! I've come to them on multiple occasions, and every time they've gone above and beyond for me. Last August, I was struggling with an overuse injury and thought my season was over before it even began. Through their care, I not only got back on the field--I excelled and even won a national title. I'm currently working with them again after ankle surgery, and once again, they are working diligently to get me back to peak performance.
