I don't usually leave reviews, but felt it was necessary to share my experience with this title company after a frustrating home sale process. From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails often went unanswered, and when we did receive responses, they were unclear or missing important details. The most serious issue came toward the end of the transaction--funding was delayed, and the closing date had to be pushed back due to mistakes on their end. We were repeatedly told everything was on schedule, only to find out at the last minute that crucial paperwork hadn't been completed or sent properly. This caused unnecessary stress and complications, not just for us but for everyone involved in the sale. Selling a home is a major transaction that relies on clear, accurate, and timely handling--especially from the title company. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience here. While the sale eventually went through, it was far more difficult than it should have been. I hope the company takes steps to improve their communication and internal processes going forward.
