I highly recommend this law firm. The attorney I worked with was Eric Buckner. I just wish I had found him sooner. I wasn't familiar with his firm because I live in Virginia and his office is in West Va. But thankfully, someone I know put me in contact with him. My situation was a case of malpractice that no other law firm would take on due to there not being any real "cut and dried" evidence. Plus, they'd never been involved in this type of lawsuit. Even though I knew the other party was at fault, the defendant claimed otherwise. So it was a difficult case. The incident was very unusual, that of which neither I nor anyone else had ever heard of or experienced. At one point I did find an attorney in Tazewell, Va who said she would take the case, but all she did was hold onto all of my paperwork/evidence that I had worked so hard on, only to tell me 8 months later that she didn't have the time to do it. That was quite upsetting since time was running out. It had to be filed in the court within two years of the incident. When I found Mr. Buckner, there was only a week or so before the deadline to file. But amazingly, he got right on it and got it done. I didn't expect much from this case in the beginning. As I said, the situation was an unusual case and other lawyers didn't think it was worth their time. However, Mr. Buckner was different from the others. He took the case, and took the time to investigate every aspect of it. I was so impressed with how he handled every detail and left no stones unturned. He did things that most attorneys would never take the time to do. Needless to say, we won the case, and I was very pleased with the results. Actually, pleased is an understatement. I wasn't expecting such a good outcome, Mr. Buckner did above and beyond my expectations. Both he and his staff are great to work with. They are all very nice and personable, and always willing to take your calls. Especially his paralegal, Ms.Nelson, was readily available to talk at all times and answer any questions. If you need an attorney to fight for you, especially if you're a victim of malpractice, take my advice and call KATZ, KANTOR, STONESTREET & BUCKNER!! They are definitely one of the best firms out there! If only I had found them sooner, my case would've been resolved a long time ago.
