Employment Law Center principal Walt Auvil was the first West Virginia attorney admitted as a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Mr. Auvil has also served as the Chair of the West Virginia State Bar Employment Law Committee. In 2016 Kirk Auvil joined The Employment Law Center as an associate attorney. He focuses on employment law and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
