Mr. Richardson is an amazing lawyer. My family and I had our dogs taken from us. I honestly thought there was no hope because I'm beyond broke right now, but help from someone brought me to Mr. Richardson and I will forever be thankful for it. Bill Richardson Jr. gave me no nonsense advice & developed a strategy to handle my specific case. He made himself available on evenings & weekends, for updates & questions. He communicated every step of the legal process to handle our property issue. He did everything he could to handle the case out of court to save time & money. His legal prowess is unparalleled, & he is the lawyer to call in any emergent situation. I simply wanted to set up an appointment for a consultation. He was aggressive and yelling at me when I was trying to explain the reason I needed legal assistance. I asked him politely not to yell at me. At the end of this hostile encounter, he informed me that if I didn't like his attitude I should look for a different attorney. This was probably the best advice I got. Attorneys offer a service and get paid. I was left to feel like I was talked down to and degraded. When individuals seek an attorney they are usually facing difficult situations. The last thing you deserve is be treated and talked to in an unprofessional manner. I had received a Notice of Hearing scheduled in approximately two weeks not knowing the grounds filed for the Hearing.I contacted Bill Richardson's Ofc., left a message. Mr. Richardson returned my call in a timely manner. He informed me what information I needed to be prepared for the Hearing. Being from out of state Bill Richardson even called my attorney from that state and spoke with her. Bill is very professional and knowledgeable making sure that I understood completely. Took the time to explain in detail. On the day of the Hearing I was well prepared and the Judge ruled in my favor. Bill Richardson was a God sent. If I ever have need of an attorney again, he would be the first and only attorney I would call.

Mr. Richardson is the best! He helped me with getting power of attorney for my mom who is in a skilled nursing facility. He took time out of his busy day to stop by the facility to get this paperwork done as she can't leave. He is always very kind and caring. I highly recommend him for any legal services you might need!
