Wasted My Time and Misrepresented the Law
I came to this attorney with a well-documented case under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I was upfront from the beginning that the vehicle had been traded in after the manufacturer refused to honor warranty repairs and caused significant financial harm. Despite knowing this, the attorney later backed out and claimed I had "no case" because I no longer possessed the vehicle -- which is factually and legally incorrect.
This was a textbook breach of warranty: documented defect, refusal to repair, and financial damages (including reduced trade-in value) that occurred while the warranty was active. I even provided photos, emails, and dealership proof -- all before trading in the car due to safety concerns.
If you're looking for someone who truly understands federal warranty law or will advocate for you beyond a paint-by-numbers lemon law case, keep looking. I regret wasting valuable time with someone who ultimately didn't take my claim seriously or understand the law beyond surface level.
