This is a great law office. Amy Swisher was the attorney who represented a family member of mine. We could not be happier with the work she did for us. She was very attentive to the case and the needs of my family. She provided great council as well as great resolutions. I would highly recommend Amy!

I have had many terrible experiences with lazy & uneducated attorneys in my area so I reached out to some law firms in Morgantown which is hours away from me. I was hesitant to work with Chirag Desai due to his inexperience but after meeting him in court today, it became clear that what he lacks in real world experience is made up for by his ambition to make his mark, build a reputation & to be successful. He is well educated, well researched, very personable & cares enough to put the time in to find the answers & references he needs to make a successful case. I used him for a civil real estate circuit court case, which we won, but would recommend him for any case he is willing to take on. I intend to continue utilizing his services in the future.

I would never return to this firm for representation. Savannah Hull is a lawyer at Mark Everett's law firm and her representation is terrible. I can not speak for any of the other lawyers at this firm, but i can say nothing that Savannah promised me came true. Better yet everything she told me the opposite took place. The prosecutor was not even aware of my case the date of. After the fact she even had the nerve to ask for more money. You are better off representing yourself.
