What a smooth, easy, personable experience I had with Kelly Reed and her legal team. "Lawyers who care about you" - that's what the website says. Well, I was referred to Ms. Reed by an attorney in Martinsburg due to a conflict, and she couldn't be bothered to even speak to me directly. I spoke to her staff in January, and they were looking into my case. With covid and everything I'd forgotten about it for a while, but called this week to check on the status. I was told that they'd declined to represent me back in January...only no one bothered to let me know this. They agreed on the phone that what the doctor did was wrong and hoped I was able to find a lawyer to represent my interests in the matter. LOL
