The PT folks are great, but please be careful with their administrative support, scheduling, and reimbursement support. They added an extra 3 appointments for the shoulder rehab of my parent and charged over $900, which is not covered by the insurance. There is no financial mercy for the seniors in this place. Update after a week: Have you reviewed the case?

Everyone is extremely polite and supportive. My therapist, Ray is awesome! He is encouraging and doesn't push too hard, plus his positive energy is very much appreciated!
I have just finished another rehab series (left knee this time) with Ray, and again have been totally pleased with the results. Ray is an excellent PT; he knows how to adapt exercises to the individual, and gives good advice for home continuation.
I love this place and the people that work here. They are so friendly and caring. It makes a difference when you're having physical therapy. The facilities are great as well. I highly recommend them.
