Used these folks twice now for closing; went swimmingly both times. I highly recommend working with Jeremy & his assistant Chara. She is a 10/10 with communication, which really is the most important thing you can ask for as a client.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! Called them two weeks prior to my court date. Talked to one of the lawyers. We went over everything. He said he was interested and said he would help. The day of the hearing. He never showed!!!! Made numerous phone calls. Left voicemails. I didn't know what to do next. I called today, they said he was "extremely busy all day with closings and leave voicemails". I finally had a friend call from her cell phone. Gave her name. Asked for him. He took the call immediately. She even asked, are you busy? He said no. He could talk. So she said well, I have this court case, and I was gonna see if you would be interested. He said. Possible yes. What kinda court case? I jumped in and said MINE!!! OH. YOURE FIRED!! Never ever again!!! EVER!

The conference room we were using was enough to hold over 100 people easy and the multiscreen system they have for conveying messages and data was really helpful in getting all the training we had done quickly. The company has been setting up more training at this offsite place so it must have been a hit for them as well.
