Terrible experience, had to wait forever to be seen then when I finally was they treated my case as if it were a joke. They barely entertained my questions and I would NEVER recommend if you're actually expecting results

Robin is incredibly rude. Do not waste your time. I had valid legal questions and would have happily paid billable hours to get my questions answered but instead she hung the phone up. Get a new secretary who won't turn away clients willing to pay.
